The United Nations took a vote on been new Global Pandemic Preparedness 153 in favour and 3 against with 2 abstained.
This no doubt will bring new changes how things are and will be dealt with in Europe.

- Cooperation with world health organization
Was or is this or should be a mandatory common sense and why isn’t disease taken more seriously till now? Is the also in connection to the plague in Russia that was recently announced and that had happened.
USA, Argentina and Israel voted against with New Zealand and Paraguay abstaining.
More interest is due to the fact that these countries said no or abstain I wonder or speculate to cause of them saying no? Do they know something more than we know in what is going on?
