Disclosure Day Review
So my speculative nature got the better of me, and I had to go see what all the fuss was about with Disclosure Day.
Friends of mine went to see it. In fairness, they didn’t say anything, no spoilers they gave, but they said to keep an open mind, and that’s it.
So, I am speculating that not everyone has seen it. If you have not seen it, please don’t read this till you have seen it, as this will contain spoilers.
So, I went in with an open mind, and my mind was already blown with information from the get-go. It actually took 5 minutes in the movie to get what was going on.
So, I am going to speculate that the main theme of this movie was the promotion of a so-called futuristic Alien Religion, where a human was the face of the religion, a woman, a news reporter.
We have grown up with all of our different faiths, and now they are actively promoting an alien religion. Now, I don’t believe the movie was about disclosure at all, as it was all old archive footage of old encounters that were covered up.
It also felt like the Alien Religion was coming out of the closet, finally out of the darkness into the light and showing itself to challenge people’s beliefs and their faith and to openly convert the world.
So, what does this mean? It’s another form of control system in our society; they don’t want to disclose evidence even if there is.
The universe is so fast and big that we are a speck of dust on the cosmic scale of things. We can all speculate that even if there was another species, they would be worlds apart, and the odds of us being a cosmic fluke in evolution are minute.
I have to admit I did get emotional watching the movie; it did tug the heartstrings. But do we need another religion now, or even an alien religion now, when the world is already so divided?
Now, you may not agree with my speculative review on this; I do recommend people go see it. It will open your mind to new possibilities. The actors and actresses in it are absolutely fantastic, and the movie is action-packed with information if you have not been aware of it.
I would give it a 9/10, docking the one mark because of my viewpoint. I will probably go see it again, as there are probably eggs in it that I missed the first time, and I may update this review on the second account.
9/10
