Perhaps part of the plan is to create havoc around the fog……….. if there are future scare tactics involved afterwards, that would serve their purpose…………. you know, don’t allow people to form their own opinions of whether they should embrace or fear what is going to happen…. put psyops in place to sway the mind to their favor.
